Halpern Enterprises Sells Suburban Atlanta Shopping Center for $15.5 Million

Doraville, Ga. – Halpern Enterprises has sold the 191,967-square-foot Doraville Plaza shopping center for $15.5 million. Doraville Plaza is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and includes outparcel tenants such as Krispy Kreme, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo and more. The shopping center was one of four centers Halpern owned along Atlanta’s Buford Highway. Norcross, Ga.-based Realty Research purchased the development, and Zach Taylor and Don McMinn of Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. Halpern Enterprises owns more than 3.4 million square feet of leasable space in 34 retail properties, including 30 shopping centers.
