Denver — Hanley Investment Group has arranged the $5.6 million sale of Retail @ Hotel Row, a fully-leased, five-tenant retail building situated at 6991 N. Tower Road in Denver. Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher of Hanley Investment Group and ParaSell Inc. represented the seller, Wadsworth Development Group. The buyer, Kamby Real Estate, was represented by David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. Built in 2018, the 10,300-square-foot building is situated on 1.6 acres and is leased to Starbucks Coffee with a drive-thru, as well as Jersey Mike’s Subs, BurgerIM, Pho 92 Vietnamese restaurant and Jasmine Nails & Spa. The property is located adjacent to the Denver International Airport.
