Woodbridge, Arlington Heights and O’Fallon, Ill. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of three single-tenant retail properties in Illinois for a total of $5.2 million.
Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher of Hanley arranged all three transactions. A 6,500-square-foot Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Woodbridge sold for more than $2 million. Lefko and Asher represented the seller, a private development company based in Schaumberg, Illinois. Jeff Gates of The Kase Group represented the buyer, a private investor based in Dallas. Lefko and Asher represented the seller, a private development company based in Schaumberg, in the $1.7 million sale of a 5,995-square-foot, triple-net-leased Chili’s Grill & Bar in Arlington Heights. Don Straub of NNN Property represented the buyer, a private 1031 exchange investor from Southern California. The third sale was for a newly constructed, single-tenant MedExpress Urgent Care in O’Fallon. Built in 2016, the 4,700-square-foot building sold for $1.4 million. Asher and Lefko, in association with Alex Apter of L3 Corp., represented the seller, a private investor based in Missouri. The buyer, a private investor from Southern California, was represented by San Diego-based Helvetica Group.
