Fort Worth, Texas — Headwall Investments has acquired River District Plaza, a 5,140-square-foot, three-tenant shopping center located in Fort Worth. This transaction marks the firm’s 17^th shopping center acquisition, expanding its portfolio to more than 585,600 square feet across the metro Texas areas of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.

River District Plaza was fully leased to Wingstop, No Place Like Home and Rustic on the River at the time of sale.
