Stone Mountain, Ga. — HRE Citadel Square LLC, an affiliate of Highline Real Estate Capital, has acquired Citadel Square, a 50,878-square-foot shopping center located roughly 20 miles outside Atlanta in Stone Mountain.
A 26,000-square-foot Office Depot anchors the property. Fred Victor of Transwestern represented the seller, CSFB 2005-06 Citadel Square Shopping Center LLC, in the transaction.
