Houston — Hines has been selected to provide management services on behalf of Fertitta Entertainment for River Oaks District, an 18-acre luxury mixed-use development located in Houston. Hines will oversee day-to-say operations, tenant relations and the overall guest experience, while Odyssey Retail Advisors will handle leasing at the property.
River Oaks District comprises 300,000 square feet of retail and dining space and is home to more than 60 brands such as Hermès, Dior, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Loro Piana, Loewe, Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana, Harry Winston, Rolex by de Boulle, Brunello Cucinelli, Brioni, Stefano Ricci, Kiton, Pucci, Maison Francis Kurdjiian, Cos Bar, Saint Bernard, Zimmermann, L’Agence and Veronica Beard, among others.
Restaurants at the property include Steak 48, Le Colonial, Bari Ristorante, Toulouse and Little Hen.
In addition to retail and dining, the Grey House Apartments, a 279-unit residential complex, is integrated within the district. The property also features an iPIC luxury movie theater and an Equinox fitness facility.
