Inland Purchases Two Necessity-Based Centers for $94.7 Million

Oklahoma City and San Antonio, Texas — The two properties include Rockwell Plaza and Stone Ridge Market.

Rockwell Plaza in Oklahoma CityOklahoma City and San Antonio, Texas  — Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. has acquired two shopping centers in Oklahoma and Texas for an aggregate purchase price of $94.7 million. The properties include the 254,690-square-foot Rockwell Plaza in Oklahoma City and the 218,436-square-foot Stone Ridge Market in San Antonio.

Rockwell Plaza is located at the intersection of Northwest Expressway and Rockwell Avenue. The property has more than 40 tenants including Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart and Dollar Tree. The center is shadow-anchored by Target.

Stone Ridge Market features tenants such as PetSmart, Sports Authority and Half Price Books. The community center also includes H-E-B’s, a supermarket chain in Texas and Mexico, new store format, a 168,000-square-foot HEB plus! store.
