Chesterfield, Mich. – Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate and Center Management plan to develop a 330,000-square-foot outlet center in southeastern Michigan. The development will open in the spring of 2016 and will be home to more than 80 retail stores. The Outlets of Southeast Michigan will be located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Hall Road in Chesterfield. Jeffrey R. Anderson and Center Management have appointed Sierra U.S. to negotiate tenant leasing agreements and Strategy + Style Marketing Group to handle marketing and advertising.
