Montgomery, Ala. – Jim Wilson & Associates LLC has formed JWA Ventures, a company with a focus on single-purpose real estate investments, including build-to-suit development for single tenant buildings, as well as development and redevelopment projects. JWA Ventures will be led by Jim Wilson & Associates’ new president, Rick Langhorne. Langhorne brings more than 20 years of real estate investment experience to the company. JWA Ventures will be based in Montgomery.
