JLL Atlanta Hires Eric Weatherholtz as Senior Managing Director

Atlanta — JLL Atlanta has hired Eric Weatherholtz as senior managing director.

In his new role, Weatherholtz will focus on creating value for retail property owners by integrating various business lines — such as development services, agency leasing, tenant representation and capital markets — to create distinct competitive advantages for retail properties and their owners. “Retail owners are realizing that a great location or a long lease is no longer the safety net it once was,” says Weatherholtz. “Now it takes data, design, media, strategy and capital. Our value is in helping clients navigate that.” Prior to joining JLL, Weatherholtz co-founded Healey Weatherholtz Properties in 2006.
