Key Point Academy Signs 62,000-Square-Foot Lease in Miami

Miami — Key Point Academy has signed a 62,000-square-foot lease at the 1501 Omni Building in Miami. Founded in 2013, Key Point will relocate from its current Miami location at 609 Brickell Ave. Jonathan Carter and Dave Preston of Colliers represented the landlord, Resorts World Omni, in the lease negotiations. Pablo Camposano of Colliers represented the tenant, and Michael A. Gil of Transaction Legal provided legal representation to Key Point Academy.
