Kimco Signs 19 New Leases in Arizona

Jericho, N.Y. — New York-based Kimco Realty has signed 19 new leases at its shopping center properties in Arizona. Scheduled to open this month and in April, Burlington and Five Below will occupy 30,000 and 10,787 square feet, respectively, at Christown Spectrum in Phoenix. PetWellClinic and Milano Nails Salon have also signed leases totaling 6,432 square feet at Madison Village Marketplace in Phoenix. Cookie Plug and Parlor Doughnuts will open 900-square-foot and 2,100-square-foot shops in Phoenix as well, at Plaza at Mountainside, a Safeway-anchored property. Skechers is scheduled to open within an 8,000-square-foot space next month at Plaza del Sol, also located in Phoenix. 

In Mesa, MENSHO Ramen, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, Ross Dress for Less and Dink & Dine Pickle Parks have signed leases totaling 103,395 square feet at Mesa Riverview, a 1.1 million-square-foot retail center. Revive Skin Bar and One Stop Nutrition have also signed 1,400-square-foot leases each at Monte Vista Village Center in Mesa. 

Wingstop has opened a 2,104-square-foot restaurant at Fountain Plaza in Scottsdale, and The Italian Daughter, La Cocina Authentic Mexican Kitchen and Eduard Barbershop will occupy 2,965; 6,064; and 1,301 square feet, respectively, at The Summit at Scottsdale, also in Scottsdale. 

Additionally, Milano Nails Salon has signed a 2,400-square-foot lease at Raintree Ranch Center in Chandler, and Rosati’s Authentic Chicago Pizza has signed a 1,500-square-foot lease at The Shoppes at Bears Path in Tucson.
