Marcus & Millichap Arranges $10.5 Million Sale of CVS Property in Massachusetts

Lynn, Mass. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $10.5 million sale of a 12,900-square-foot, double-net lease CVS/pharmacy location in Lynn.

Robert Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller. The property is under a 25-year lease with five, five-year options.
