Joliet, Ill. — Cullinan Properties has secured more than 500,000 square feet of leases at Rock Run Collection, a 1.3 million-square-foot regional shopping center located in Joliet, roughly 40 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. Construction on the development’s major retail phase, which spans 400,000 square feet, broke ground this month.
Anchor tenant DICK’s House of Sport, along with newly announced retailers like Five Below, Maurices, Spencer’s, Buckle and Milano Nail Salon, are scheduled to open by the fall of 2027.
Upon completion, Rock Run Collection will include more than 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurants; The View, a luxury residential complex offering over 570 apartments; approximately 150,000 square feet of office and healthcare space; and the Hollywood Casino Joliet.
