Marcus & Millichap Arranges $12.5 Million Sale of Net-Leased Shopko Store

Eau Claire, Wis. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $12.5 million sale of a 94,705-square-foot, triple-net-leased Shopko location in Eau Claire.

Glen Kunofsky of Marcus & Millichap worked on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer for the building. Roughly 20 years remain on Shopko’s lease.
