Alexandria, Va. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.4 million sale of a 5,790-square-foot retail property occupied by Chili’s Grill & Bar in Alexandria.
Josh Ein, Dean Zang and Mark Taylor of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private local developer, in the transaction. The buyer, an undisclosed local investment group, acquired the property in a 1031 exchange transaction.
