Calabasas, Calif. — Calabasas-based Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $35.3 million sale of a 29,813-square-foot property portfolio consisting of 12 corporate, freestanding 7-Eleven convenience stores in Ohio.
Glen Kunofsky, Russell Wachtler and Mike James of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. There are approximately 14 years remaining on each of the 20-year, triple-net 7-Eleven leases.
