Alice, Texas — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $7.3 million sale of a single-tenant retail property located in Alice, roughly 50 miles east of Corpus Christi. The newly built, 4,874-square-foot property is occupied by a 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station. Zack House, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, an Arizona limited liability company, and coordinated with the seller, a Texas limited partnership.
