Ranson, W.Va. — Heidenberg Properties Group and Strategic Real Estate Partners, owners of the Potomac Marketplace in Ranson, West Virginia, have signed a lease with TJX Cos. to bring a 22,000-square-foot Marshalls to the shopping center.
The center will be expanded to accommodate the new store, with construction expected to begin this spring and Marshalls expected to move in this fall. Potomac Marketplace will be 383,000 square feet after the expansion. Other tenants at the center include Weis Markets, AT&T, Petco, Kohl’s, Panera Bread, The Home Depot and Glory Days Grill.
