Chicago — Mid-America Real Estate Corp.’s Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of 174 North Michigan Avenue, located in Chicago, for $12.5 million.
The four-story urban retail building was purchased by Chicago-based L3 Capital LLC. 174 North Michigan Avenue is located on a block of Michigan Avenue in an area that is currently undergoing a revitalization with new residential, hotel and retail projects underway. The 29,000-square-foot building features tenants 7-Eleven and Chicago Sports.
Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. was the exclusive broker in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Northbrook, Illinois-based The Cloverleaf Group.
