Jennings, Mo. — Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Plaza on the Boulevard located in the St. Louis community of Jennings. The 149,548-square-foot grocery-anchored center was purchased by Chicago-based Newport Capital Partners for $30.65 million.
Plaza on the Boulevard is anchored by Schnucks and features a line-up of national tenants including Hibbett Sports, Payless Shoe Source, GameStop, PNC Bank and Subway. The center also features a separately owned Target.
Ben Wineman and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Missouri LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, St. Louis-based Sansone Group.
