Gaines Township, Mich. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Gaines Marketplace, a 60,576-square-foot shopping center located in the Grand Rapids suburb of Gaines Township, Michigan.
Staples anchors the center, which is home to tenants including Maurices, Applebee’s, Panera Bread and Logan’s Roadhouse. Ben Wineman and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America represented the seller, Ramco-Gershenson, in the transaction. Beachwood, Ohio-based Mid-America Management Corp. acquired the property.
