Joplin, Mo. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of North Point Shopping Center, a 155,416-square-foot shopping center located in Joplin.
The property is home to tenants including Ross Dress for Less, Ashley Furniture, PetSmart, Party City and Dollar Tree. Ben Wineman of Mid-America and Scott Seyfried of Pace Properties represented the seller, Kimco Realty Corp., in the disposition of the property to Chase Properties.
