Mid-America Real Estate Arranges $19.5M Sale of Waterford Park Plaza Near Minneapolis

Plymouth, Minn. — Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s has brokered the sale of Waterford Park Plaza in Plymouth. Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison purchased the 127,586-square-foot grocery-anchored center for $19.5 million from Plymouth-based Provident Real Estate Ventures LLC.

Waterford Park Plaza, located at the corner of Revere Lane and Revere Highway, is anchored by Cub Foods and features additional tenants Sids Liquor, Tuesday Morning, Edward Jones and Caribou Coffee.

Joe Girardi and Mark Robinson of Mid-America Real Estate were the exclusive brokers in the transaction.
