Mid-America Real Estate Arranges Sale of Pinehurst Square West in North Dakota

Bismarck, N.D. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Pinehurst Square West, a 69,119-square-foot shopping center located in Bismarck.

Best Buy, PetSmart and Dollar Tree anchor the center. Joe Girardi and Ben Wineman of Mid-America and Jill Duemeland of Duemelands Commercial Real Estate represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Dakota REIT acquired the property.
