Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has secured a retail lease on behalf of Yoga Six in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. Yoga Six signed a lease for 5,600 square feet at the intersection of State and Erie Streets. The studio is a new construction project that will be located above the True Foods, a Fox Restaurant concept. It is expected to open in early 2016. Mid-America principal Paul Bryant and Vice President Michael Wexler represented the tenant in the transaction. New York-based Jenel Management Corp. is the landlord. In addition to the River North lease, Yoga Six has opened studios in Lincoln Park and the South Loop, with another studio under construction in the Gold Coast that will open in early 2015.
