Mid-America’s Project Leasing team represented the landlord in all three lease signings at Shingle Creek Crossing in Brooklyn Center, Minn.Brooklyn Center, Minn. – Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota LLC has secured three retail leases on behalf of 804,000-square-foot Shingle Creek Crossing in Brooklyn Center, located 10 miles northwest of Minneapolis. TJ Maxx, Michaels and Sally Beauty each signed leases at Shingle Creek Crossing. TJ Maxx signed on for 24,329 square feet, Michaels for 21,916 square feet and Sally Beauty for 1,771 square feet. Walmart anchors the center. Mid-America’s Project Leasing team represented the landlord in all three leases. Mid-America’s Tenant Representation team represented both TJ Maxx and Michaels in the transactions. Peter Grones of Cambridge Commercial represented Sally Beauty.
