Moonbeam Capital Hires New CFO and CLO

Las Vegas – Moonbeam’s CEO, Steven Maksin, is on a mission to restructure the company and expand its executive and senior management teams.

Las Vegas – Moonbeam Capital Investments LLC has hired Gennady Ratin as its chief financial officer. Ratin has more than 20 years of financial experience, much of it with large firms on Wall Street. Most recently, Ratin served as financial director of Deutsche Banks’ commercial real estate group. He will oversee all the financial and accounting operation, direct investors and banking relationships and providing leadership to drive growth.

In June, Jacqueline Ackerman joined Moonbeam as its senior deputy chief legal officer. Ackerman brings with her more than 25 years of commercial real estate and business transactional experience. Ackerman will be developing and managing the newly formed legal team at Moonbeam, providing legal counsel regarding acquisitions, leases, commercial contracts, property management, development and operations, as well as overseeing litigation.
