Kissimmee, Fla. — O’Connor Capital Partners sold the 295,100-square-foot Loop West.
Kissimmee, Fla. — An affiliate of North American Development Group (NADG) has purchased Loop West, a 295,100-square-foot power center in Kissimmee, for $52 million. The property is located just minutes from Walt Disney World Resorts. The fully occupied center is anchored by Babies “R” Us, Bealls and T.J. Maxx. Additional tenants include DSW, Party City and ULTA Beauty. Danny Finkle with HFF represented the seller, O’Connor Capital Partners, in the transaction. NADG was self-represented.
The transaction makes NADG’s 35th shopping center acquisition in the last four years. NADG currently owns 17 centers in Florida, totaling approximately 3 million square feet.
