NAI Avant Facilitates Leases for Two Tenants at The Village at Coosaw in South Carolina

Charleston, S.C. – Both tenants will be located in the most recently constructed building in the center.

Thomas Boulware and Dexter Rumsey, senior brokers with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, have facilitated lease signings for two new tenants at The Village at Coosaw, located in North Charleston. Renewal Rehabilitation Center LLC will occupy 1,500 square feet and Yoga Den and Core LLC will occupy 2,400 square feet. Both tenants will be located in the most recently constructed building in the center. Boulware and Rumsey represented the landlord, Coosaw Partners, LLC, in the transaction.
