Fort Collins, Colo. — New stores and dining to mix with existing tenants in upcoming redevelopment.
The Twin Peaks Mall is now owned and operated by NewMark Merrill. The city of Longmont is collaborating on the revitalization of the center.Fort Collins, Colo. — NewMark Merrill Mountain States has acquired Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont, Colo. The privately held company has been managing the 555,000-square-foot, fully enclosed mall since October 2010 on behalf of its previous owner, The Panattoni Company. As new owner-operators, NewMark Merrill is planning a $25 to $50 million redevelopment of the shopping center, which was built in 1985. Dates for the redevelopment have not been released. The mall is near Boulder, Colo., and is anchored by Dillard’s and United Artists Theatres. Redevelopment will include new shopping, dining and entertainment as well as a rebranding.
