Victorville, Calif. — NewMark Merrill Cos. has signed leases with 11 new tenants at Desert Sky Plaza II, a planned 30-acre shopping center located in Victorville, approximately 35 miles north of San Bernardino.
The project is nearly 85 percent preleased to tenants including Ross Dress for Less (25,000 square feet); 7-Eleven; Quick Quack Car Wash (3,600 square feet); Better Buzz Coffee Roasters (1,750 square feet); Luna Grill (2,100 square feet); 85°C Bakery Café (3,555 square feet); Ono Hawaiian BBQ (2,000 square feet); Country Kitchen (3,250 square feet); Yogurtland (1,200 square feet); Taqueria 2 Potrillos (2,000 square feet); and Pamper Me Salon (2,500 square feet).
NewMark Merrill, along with World Premier Investments and RY Properties Inc., will break ground on Desert Sky Plaza II in July, with a targeted opening planned for fall 2027. Brad Pearl, Greg Giacopuzzi and Darren Bovard of NewMark Merrill are handling leasing at the development.
Desert Sky Plaza II is the second phase of a 100-acre development known as The Desert Plazas, which will span more than 800,000 square feet upon completion.
