Hayward, Calif. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged the $5.68 million refinance of Schafer Park, a 38,513-square-foot retail property located in Hayward.
The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 18-year term. Dennis Williams of NorthMarq arranged financing on behalf of the borrower through a life insurance company.
