Aurora, Colo. – NorthMarq Capital has arranged the $1.4 million refinancing of the Gateway Park Shopping Center nine miles east of Denver. The property is 8,000 square feet and 100 percent leased. Current tenants include Einstein’s Bagels and Ted’s Montana Grill. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. John Stewart, senior vice president, and Ilan Reissner, senior investment analyst, of the NorthMarq Denver office completed the transaction.
