Phillips Edison Completes 11,200-Square-Foot Expansion of Cureton Town Center in North Carolina

Waxhaw, N.C. — Phillips Edison & Co. has completed the 11,200-square-foot retail expansion of Cureton Town Center in Waxhaw.

The newly built structure will house tenants such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Jersey Mike’s, East Coast Wings + Grill, Elegant Brow & Spa and Fitness Together. Harris Teeter anchors Cureton Town Center, which totals 84,357 square feet with the recent expansion. Additional tenants at the center include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Mingfu and Massage Envy.
