Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Acquires Four Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II has acquired four grocery-anchored centers in Ohio, Georgia and Illinois.

Acquisitions include Amherst Marketplace, a 79,945-square-foot Giant Eagle-anchored center in the Cleveland suburb of Amherst, Ohio; Sheffield Crossing, a 113,688-square-foot Giant Eagle-anchored shopping center located in the Cleveland suburb of Sheffield Village, Ohio; The Shoppes at Windmill Place, a 122,176-square-foot Jewel Osco-anchored shopping center located in the Chicago suburb of Batavia, Illinois; and Hamilton Mill Village, an 88,710-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in the Atlanta suburb of Dacula, Georgia.
