Prestige Properties Acquires Grocery-Anchored Retail Center in Metro NYC for $25.4 Million

East Brunswick, N.J. — Prestige Properties and Development has purchased a grocery-anchored retail center in East Brunswick for $25.4 million.

A partnership between MCB Real Estate and Alex Brown Realty sold the property. The 117,000-square-foot center is home to Aldi, Burlington, AutoZone and Jersey Fine Wines. In addition, the recently renovated center includes a new building leased to Starbucks Coffee, Supercuts and Five Guys. Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn, Michael Oliver and Stephen Simonelli of HFF represented the seller in the deal.
