Baker and Highland, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the $4.5 million sale of two single-tenant, triple-net leased Burger King drive through locations in the Inland Empire cities of Baker and Highland.
The Baker Burger King location is 3,705 square feet, and was purchased by a private North Hollywood-based investor for $2.45 million. The Highland Burger King location is 3,541 square feet, and was purchased by a Pasadena-based private investor for $2 million. Frank Vora of Progressive represented the sellers, both private investors, in the transactions.
