RealSource Group Arranges $2.7 Million Pre-Sale of Single-Tenant Restaurant Property in Southeastern Tennessee

Hixson, Tenn. — RealSource Group has arranged the $2.7 million pre-sale of a single-tenant restaurant property in Hixson. Upon completion, Chick-fil-A will occupy the 6,008-square-foot building on a 15-year corporate triple-net ground lease. The store features a double drive-thru and will replace an existing Chick-fil-A property at Oak Park Town Center, a 182,000-square-foot shopping center. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2026.

Jonathan Schiffer and Austin Blodgett of RealSource Group, in association with ParaSell Inc., represented the buyer, a high‑net‑worth investor based in Florida. Don McMinn and Andrew Koriwchak of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a Tennessee-based private developer.
