RedMill Capital Receives $38.6 Million Construction Loan for The Shoppes at Livermore

Livermore, Calif. — Summit, New Jersey-based RedMill Capital has received a $38.6 million loan for the construction of The Shoppes at Livermore, a 120,000-square-foot retail center to be located in the San Francisco Bay Area community of Livermore.

The project will be located adjacent to the San Francisco Premium Outlets, and will be home to discount fashion retailers and restaurants. American National Insurance Co. provided the loan.
