Worcester, Mass. – RK Centers has purchased Worcester Crossing from Madison Properties for $49 million. Cushman and Wakefield oversaw the sale of the 386,853-square-foot center on behalf of the buyer and seller. Worcester Crossing is 100 percent leased to national and local tenants, and is anchored by Walmart, Sam’s Club and Olive Garden. The shopping center is situated on more than 44 acres of land with nearly 3,000 feet of frontage along Route 146. The Worcester Crossing property was acquired in 2004 and constructed in phases as part of the restoration of a former brownfield industrial park. It was completed in 2012.
