RPAI Buys Avondale Plaza in Redmond, Washington for $15 Million

Redmond, Wash. — The center is located in Redmond on Seattle’s affluent Eastside.

RPAI has purchased Avondale Plaza, a 39,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Redmond, located 16 miles northeast of Seattle, for approximately $15 million. The fully leased center is anchored by PCC Natural Markets, the largest consumer-owned natural food retail co-operative in the U.S. This purchase is RPAI’s second shopping center acquisition on Seattle’s Eastside this year. The center has a population of 8,311 and an average household income of $127,970 within one mile.
