Seven New Tenants Sign on to 60-Acre Development in Houston

Houston — Magnolia Village, a 60-acre mixed-use development currently under construction in Houston, will see the addition of seven new tenants to its 36-acre first phase. Gulf Coast Commercial Group Inc. has secured leases with Crust Pizza Co., Pacific Dental Services, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Mister Car Wash, Sports Clips Haircuts and Nails of America. Danny Miller of Gulf Coast represented the landlord in all negotiations. Thomas Holdsworth of Ironbridge Realty Partners also represented the landlord in the agreements with Crust Pizza Co., Pacific Dental Services and Nails of America. Brett Strake of NewQuest Properties represented Crust Pizza Co. owner AJ Reno Enterprises LLC.; Karla Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners Southwest Inc. represented Pacific Dental Services; Ford Scott of Capital Retail and Anderson Smith of Main Street Commercial Partners represented McDonald’s; Matthew Reed of Shop Companies represented Taco Bell developer B & G Food Enterprises of Texas LLC; Joe Silver of Streetwise Retail Advisors represented Mister Car Wash; Richard Buxbaum of Radius Advisors represented Sports Clips; and Greg Stackhouse of New Regional Planning represented Nails of America.

The first phase of the project will include three retail buildings, comprising 10,000 square feet each, as well as 300 multifamily units developed by Trammel Crow Residential. Plans also include two additional 10,000-square-foot retail buildings and a three-pad restaurant row. Openings are scheduled to begin in mid-2023.
