Dallas — SHOP Cos. Investment Sales has arranged the sales of four retail properties in metro Dallas totaling 48,736 square feet.
The sold properties include: Stacy Plaza, a 12,153-square-foot retail center in Allen leased to tenants such as Mattress Firm, Liberty Burger and a nail salon; The Dallasite, a 3,500-square-foot, single-tenant property in Dallas; Sprint and Castle Spa, a 5,083-square-foot, two-tenant building in Frisco; and Haverwood Village, a 28,000-square-foot shopping center in Dallas. Haverwood Village was 93.6 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Skillman Wok, Afrika Fusion, The Fade Shop and I-Apartments. Tommy Tucker, Tim Axilrod and Cameron Burk of SHOP Cos. represented the four different sellers in the transactions. The names of the buyers and sales prices were not disclosed.
