Silver City Galleria To Receive $5 Million Phase One Renovation

Taunton, Mass. — Owners MGHerring Group and Tricom Real Estate Group say renovations will assist in the re-merchandising plan for the mall.

Taunton, Mass. — The MGHerring Group and Tricom Real Estate Group have begun renovating Silver City Galleria, a two-level enclosed shopping center in Taunton anchored by Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears, Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods. It also includes a 10-screen Regal Cinemas and a 12-unit food court. The two firms own the center. MGHerring oversees management, while Tricom oversees leasing. The renovations will include $5 million worth of upgrades in phase one. Complete by the end of 2014, the upgrades include highway visibility improvement efforts, updated lighting and design, renovations to the food court, new escalators, new signage, new automatic entry doors and several other improvements.”
