Six New Tenants Added to Bradford Development in North Carolina

Cary, N.C.  Crosland Southeast represented Northwood Ravin in the transactions.

Cary, N.C. – Northwood Ravin has added six new service retailers and restaurants to Bradford, the mixed-use development in the Preston neighborhood of Cary. Bradford is projected to cost approximately $80 million. Crosland Southeast represented the landlord in the transactions and is responsible for leasing the retail space and outparcels. The tenants are Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, 3,625 square feet; Tijuana Flats Burrito Company, 2,462 square feet; Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, 2,750 square feet; Bellagio Nail Bar, 1,953 square feet; PostalAnnex+, 990 square feet; and Union Bank & Trust, 8,000 square feet. All of the tenants will open by this winter or next spring.
