Lilburn, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of two shopping centers in Lilburn for $16.7 million.
Acquisitions include Beaver Ruin Village, a 74,038-square-foot shopping center shadow-anchored by Kroger, and Beaver Ruin Village II, a 34,925-square-foot shopping center. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller, Connolly Beaver Ruin LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, WHLR-Beaver Ruin Village LLC, was self-represented.
