Roswell, Ga. – The coffee retailer will anchor a new outparcel building located at the corner entrance of Connexion at Holcomb Bridge.
Roswell, Ga. – Charlotte, N.C.-based Hawthorne Retail Partners has signed a lease with Starbucks Coffee to join the renovated Connexion at Holcomb Bridge, a 107,667-square-foot shopping center in Roswell, located 20 miles north of Atlanta. Starbucks Coffee will anchor a new outparcel building located at the corner entrance of the shopping center at Holcomb Bridge Road and Holcomb Woods Parkway. The building will offer visibility and access to the more than 46,000 vehicles that pass by the property each day.
