Steven Gartner has joined CBRE as an executive vice president for retail services. Gartner was previously the president and principal of Metro Commercial Real Estate in Philadelphia. He was also the state director of the International Council of Shopping Centers for the PA/NJ/DE region for three years. Gartner will be based in Philadelphia, but his role will include special projects along the entire East Coast.
