Midlothian, Texas — STRIVE has arranged the sale of the Shops on 663, a 14,812-square-foot retail center located in Midlothian, roughly 25 miles southwest of Dallas. The property was fully leased at the time of sale. Jack Hicks and Hudson Lambert of STRIVE represented the Austin-based developer and investor and sourced the California-based buyer, in the transaction. Additional terms of the sale were not disclosed.
